What Happens When You Call

You will speak with someone who knows roofing, not a script. We ask what prompted the call, roughly how old the roof is, and whether any water is reaching the inside of your home. Then we agree on a visit time that works for you. New customers can take $50 off their first service call while this limited-time offer runs.

On the visit we walk the roof and check the shingles, the metal around chimneys and pipe boots, and how well the gutters drain. We take pictures along the way so you see the same things we saw. The estimate comes in writing, line by line, with a straight answer on whether a repair will hold or a replacement is the better use of your money. Late summer and fall suit this well, before Northern Kentucky's freeze and thaw cycles start widening small gaps.

What to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. The year your current roof went on, or the year you moved in if nobody ever told you.
  2. Notes on what you have noticed, such as a ceiling stain, lifted shingles or gutters spilling over in heavy rain.
  3. Any photos taken from the ground, which help us know what to bring.
  4. Your insurance details close by if storm damage is involved, so we can walk you through how the process usually goes.
