This website belongs to Roofing Elsmere, a roofing company serving Elsmere, KY and the surrounding area. By reading these pages you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The site exists to explain our work, including roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding. It does not sell anything online and does not create an account or customer relationship on its own.

Only a look at your own roof can tell you what it needs, so please treat the pages as background rather than a diagnosis.

Estimates and Agreements

A free estimate or free roof inspection from us is a description of what we found and what we suggest. It is not a contract. Any work on your home begins only after we agree on the scope and terms with you directly.

Conditions found once work starts, such as soft decking under old shingles, can change a job. When that happens we explain it to you before going further.

Offers Mentioned on the Site

From time to time we describe an offer, such as Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call. Offers apply as explained when you call, and we may end or change them. Nothing on these pages is a fixed price for your project.
